delivery and shipping

Packages are shipped from Le Mans or Brussels depending on where the package is to be shipped.

Packages are shipped a maximum of two days after the order, after
having taken care to prepare the watch, adjust it and make a
final quality control.

Once shipped, the package will be delivered to you within 48 working hours.

Delivery is free for France and Belgium.

A flat rate of €15 is applied for Europe, and a flat rate of €25 is applied for the rest of the world.

After an order, a tracking link is sent by email.

Returns

We want you to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if for some reason
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery, provided that your purchased watch is:

- Unworn.
- In original and resalable condition.
- In its original packaging provided with purchase.
- That it has not been used in an inappropriate manner.
- For fitted stainless steel bracelets, no links must have been removed.

One of our representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will receive a returns authorization number which must be attached to the shipment being returned. If you return the shipment without a Return Authorization Number provided, it will not be accepted or processed.

BegHof assumes no responsibility for the loss of any item lost during return shipping and will not bear the cost of
return shipping unless you received an incorrect or defective product. Photo or video proof sent in advance to customer service.

Guarantee

The warranty on each watch is 2 years

Our guarantee is valid on any abnormal functioning problem of the case and movement as well as on operational problems of the metal bracelets. It does not cover glass wear or scratches caused by normal use. Any damage caused by abnormal use or by third party actions will not be covered under warranty.

We reserve the right to disclaim any liability for warranty repairs if the watch has been modified or damaged by anyone who is not BegHof staff.
